Free-form Vertical Netting
All skill levels welcome
Using vertical netting in a free-form manner releases the technique from
its linear boundaries and allows you to shape your necklace as you wander
with beads. After learning the basics of vertical netting, you will
explore a variety of new adaptations that allows you to use netting in an
intuitive, free-form manner. You will have a chance to explore making
netting that ends in a variety of lengths, areas of open space, layered
netting as well as areas that are encrusted. You will be encouraged to try
different sizes and shapes of beads as you go along. Use these new
possibilities to create a necklace rich in luxurious texture.
